installation operator "installation operator" means a person licensed under this Act by the appropriate authority as the operator of a nuclear installation;

installation operator For the purposes of this Part, "installation operator" means:- (a) a person licensed under this Act by the appropriate authority as the operator of a nuclear installation; or (b) a person who but for the cancellation or suspension of a licence issued under this Act would be the holder of such a licence.
